Posted - 19/02/2010 : 14:00:43 Hello, I was very busy and some minor health problems prevented me to report that there were a series of ivsEdits updates that added several new features. I'm excited to talk about them. 351 adds two new effects, Effect Mask and HyperMask. These two effects allows to add an alpha channel to a video or graphic using an 8 bit grayscale image (matte). ivsEdits features some pre-designed mattes, but you can easily create your own with Gimp, Photoshop or other graphic application. The Hypermask adds the capability to modify the matte similar to an "Alpha Wipe". I suggest to try these interesting new features that can be used to create very interesting effects. 351 adds Project versioning too. You can create from the current project different versions for different lanquages, different stages, etc.
Before 351, Builds 350 and 349 introduced a lot of interesting features, listed here:
v 1.3 Build 350a3: Changes from Build 349f2. [2010 02 08]
