We have just purchased the IVSPowerpack and enjoying the joys of getting Velocity working on new hardware (Asus P6TD Deluxe + Core i7 920) after our old board suddenly died, absolute joy, thankyou very much for a great product.

All installed fine, however when I first ran Batchconverter Pro and it asked for the location of the project file I closed the program as I wanted to check what that actually meant, as usual didn't read the manual first :-)

Now when I try to open Batchconverter Pro it throws an error dialogue...

Error
Key not found

I click OK and then another dialogue...

IVSBatchConverter
No Board or Key Found

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, re applying the Software enabler, and applying the registry defaults from the file in the application directory, also deleting what I can find from the registry, unfortunately no joy?

Any ideas?

hello,

I've just updated again the Software enabler file. Please download it again and later repeat the installation.
Let me know if this fixes the problem
